Privacy Policy

Effective date: November 3, 2026

Samantha AI Assistant is a privately operated personal productivity assistant. This policy describes how it accesses, uses, processes, and stores information obtained through Google services.

1. Information Accessed

With the account owner's authorization, Samantha can access:

The current Google integration uses read-only permissions.

2. How Information Is Used

Google information is used to provide requested personal productivity functions, including daily briefings, email summaries, schedule reviews, task prioritization, and answering the account owner's questions.

Google user data is not accessed for advertising, unrelated marketing, or sale to third parties.

3. AI Processing and Data Sharing

Samantha runs through a privately administered OpenClaw installation on a cloud server. Relevant portions of Google data may be transmitted to Anthropic's AI services to generate responses and summaries.

Generated results may be delivered through Telegram. Those services process information under their own applicable privacy and data-handling terms.

Data is shared only as needed to provide the authorized assistant functions, maintain the service, or comply with applicable legal requirements.

4. Storage and Retention

OAuth credentials are stored in a protected credential store on the assistant's server. Task notes, selected summaries, conversation context, and operational logs may be stored by the assistant or its connected services.

Information may remain until the owner deletes it or removes the associated records. Backups and third-party services may have separate retention periods. No fixed deletion timeframe is currently guaranteed.

5. Security

The assistant uses restricted account permissions, private administrative networking, and access controls intended to limit unauthorized use. No system can guarantee absolute security.

6. User Control and Deletion

The account owner may revoke Google's authorization through Google Account security settings, stop using the integration, and request removal of locally stored assistant data.

Revoking authorization stops future authorized API access but does not automatically erase previously stored notes, backups, or messages held by other services.

7. Google API Limited Use

Use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

8. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated if the assistant's capabilities, service providers, or data-handling practices change.
